Yeah, that's what most people in the industry do.
And as someone who's worked at what could be considered "dream agencies", I guarantee you that many of the people at your dream agency are also working on jobs they're not 100% psyched about.
Get the job you can get, and keep working and getting better until you're good enough to get the job you want.
