Dm or comment for referral at CitiusTech

Hi fishes,
I’m a fresher and have recently completed my internship as an Operations manager at Amazon. I am currently looking for FT opportunities. I came across and opening at Maersk for the role of Business Analyst. Could anyone refer me for the role or maybe point me to a suitable opportunity?
thanks!

Layoffs are always a concern if you aren’t billable and or hitting your sales targets
I don’t think you’d get laid off but it is the hardest level at the firm and I’d want to make sure I was coming in with a book of business or existing landing spot. Are you already interviewing for SM roles?
My understanding is that at SM level, the sales you make are dependent on the relationship of the partners - the ppmd will bring in interested clients and SM’s help to turn that into sold contracts. If that’s the case, how does one bring in their own book of business?
Yea should have offer letter this week. I’d be coming into a hot area in C&M so I don’t think the MR or utilization will be an issue, but I’ll have non compete with existing clients for a year so I likely won’t have a ton of business I can bring in on existing relationships for 13 months

Yup, Slalom is largely a body shop. A lot of Slalom practice leader’s job description (recruiting and staffing) is done by HR at big 4.
At Deloitte you will need to both sell and deliver large projects

What level at Slalom?
SM layoffs in Deloitte are common among Experienced hires, common reason they fail to build their network. Partners are reluctant to staff an SM who is new . If you believe you are great at networking, have a few partners bring you under them, bring revenue generating ideas.. you will survive.
I would not go to deloitte right now there WILL be layoffs, of a massive scale.
deloitte commonly fires SM types after 1 year if you dont make quota or make enough PPMD relationships. You will be lucky to last 1 year under this environment maybe less time.
