Analytics you can teach yourself from CS topics. CS will be tough but if you really like to program and the theory behind it then do that. If you like analyzing data and creating ways to visualize it then do analytics
Depends on your desired outcome. If it is to attract data science recruiters, neither is going to attract anyone other than recruiters seeking entry level or slightly above candidates. If you already have a quantitative undergrad, focus on building a portfolio of projects and applications. It's cheaper and actually will draw a better reception than an overpriced degree from a diploma mill trying to milk the current craze
Machine learning will be more valuable going forward
The analytics one has a lot of courses from the IE and business schools. CS is pure CS. From what I've heard and seen they both have excellent placements but of different types (eg data science / analytics vs CS/development etc.)
