Looking for different perspectives - would you leave a job that’s 90% work from home, easy work, great coworkers but no challenge, no growth or promotion in sight for a job with a massive company ($90B annual revenue), fully on site, will be challenging for 30k more in a city you want to live in?

For those in the analyst Development Program, how long did it take to hear a decision after assessment day? I have an offer with another consulting firm that I need to accept or decline by 2/18, but Accenture is my top choice and final round interview is 2/11.
I've shared this with my recruiter, but curious to know other people's experiences.
Thanks in advance!
I have a trip booked for Vegas on June 1st (free cancellation). If I cancel my booking and rebook now, I can save almost $600. I’m worried though that this COVID-19 situation won’t be over by then...

Tips for being mostly independent as a first/second year attorney? My firm is now expecting me to be effectively independent but I have a hard time being confident in my abilities and trusting my legal judgment. How did you stop doubting yourself and manage your work in a way that minimized need for oversight?
During Covid I was laid off, I took a job in compliance/ legal in house. However, I really am having trouble stomaching the pay cut. Anyway to get back to law firms?
I’m an associate at a boutique law firm working on complex litigation and regulatory matters. I’ve worked at the same firm as a summer associate and the last three years directly after graduation. I’m worried that I’m not getting enough “practical” experience. I haven’t taken a deposition, only attended two oral arguments, and tend to write parts of briefs or motions but never in their entirety. (Continued in comments)
I did not meet my billable budget. I’m a 1st year and around mid October realized I was going to have to bill 8-9 hours a day before the end of this month to meet my budget, and planned to. However, my dad passed mid October which caused me to take time off. I’m about 200 hours behind, though. My boss said not to worry about it as they are understanding about me needing to take time off, but I’m still worried that this looks really bad…
How long can you reasonably expect a federal agency to take to reach out with an offer after an interview? In other words, at what point can you expect you will not be getting an offer?
Has anyone here ever set their linked in to “open to finding a new job” and got busted by their current firm? Is doing that a risky click?
Is a billable hour requirement of 200 hours per month on the higher end? Trying to figure out what’s the average and what’s doable without burning yourself out.
I feel bad for Bill Deblasio's son lol
Got called into a meeting yesterday with my current, small firm to have a conversation about my commitment to them and if I was interviewing elsewhere. They questioned why I left early or came late a few times in the past few weeks (it was for interviews). I obviously said I wasn't interviewing. And now, a day later, I receive an offer that I will definitely be accepting. This is going to be awkward.
Need some extra coverage going into the new year. Anyone have specific recommendations for a virtual assistant with at least some legal experience? Thx!
Thoughts on leaving a job due to poor management and communication? What level of oversight is normal in midlaw boutique litigation firms? I am a 4th year and starting to feel like I get zero feedback unless it's bad and am just left alone most of the time unless I harass the partner for some input. Then once he pays attention it's just beratement for not doing things the same way he would have. I need more experience with a partner who is present and available, am I being unreasonable?
What’s the best way to break the news to your boss that you’ve accepted a new job?
I am anticipating it won’t go over well and will be taken personally.
Dealing with baglog
What are some strategies for dealing with backlog? While working from home I've had a propensity to procrastinate and now have gotten behind on several files. I know I need to grind to turn them around before the clients asks for an update, but that's easier said than done during the day with conference calls, emails, and new "urgent" work that doesn't stop.
Anyone have any success lateraling from mid law to big law? Have any tips for a 4th year hoping to make that move?
