Could anyone please tell me what is the process of putting paper in capG? What are the steps I have to follow? I am still on my probation period but I don't want to continue here anymore as my role and project is not what I expected. Any other suggestions for me is also welcomed.

I’m not sure what the best system would be for that size. But I do know from my last job that anything should be better than Namely! Namely is awful. I’m currently using Paycom with 150 employees. Good luck with the transition!
Good to know. We also had a terrible time with customer service when we were completing the year end checklists.
Namely is the worst! I’ve always like BambooHR - I don’t know if it has all the integrations your looking for, but it was easy to learn, had good functionality, and was user-friendly for employees.
We use BambooHR and so far, we really like it! We just launched it in January for everyone to use. We love the PTO tracker and the ats pieces!

Using iCIMS currently, I like it a lot
Paylocity and Workday are very good.
Rippling or Paylocity might be best for this group. Saw someone recommended Workday but that’s too large of a system with a complex implementation for a company this small.
Paylocity is also clunky and not very integrated. However, for an employer with a staff of 35, it may be a good solution and is on the lower-mid end of the Ben admin price points.
It depends on what the business is looking to utilize/piecemeal. If they’re looking for a PEO, I would recommend Rippling. (For a company that size, it also makes sense) You can also toggle the PEO option off.
If they’re willing to put the legwork into integrations, and dealing with brokers - Paylocity. (Marginally lower cost?)
Both options are scalable.
Workday is the future
Have they looked at ADP Workforce Now? That is ADPs platform for midsized companies while RUN is for smaller businesses. Workforce Now integrates directly with JazzHR as well.
