I have been at 2 companies and have 3 YOE.
2 years at the first company and 1 at the second. Company I’m interviewing with right now is dragging me through the coals about it like I’m some kind of serial job hopper. Ive never experienced this at any other interview I’ve had. Is this seriously that big of a deal?

I recently stepped away from my position overseeing HR operations at a midsize company (>300 staff). After numerous executive level changes and the departure of our HR VP I was promoted to a role I didn’t particularly want. After managing through it for a year and a half I decided to step down. I’m beginning to look for new opportunities and curious for any tips on getting interviews with larger size companies… Any insider insight? What title do you list on a resume of the job you performed did not match? You were performing another job? I have read conflicting reviews. Some articles suggest you put the title of the job you we’re actually performing while others suggest you list your title and the other job in parentheses. Thoughts?

Solid Post-MBA EU high finance programs? Currently at a top MBA program in the EU, but it seems Post-MBA recruiting is much less prominent in the EU. It seems like most positions require similar experience pre-MBA, which I do not have.
