Any in-house counsel in here willing to post their company, level or YOE, and total comp breakdown? If you’re comfortable, please consider posting both your current stats and what your stats were when you first moved in-house. If there’s any other information that you want to share, please include that too (e.g., hours, interesting perks, etc.). Info on in-house salaries is pretty hard to come by, and it would be great to compile some data points here! Facebook Amazon Google Netflix Apple

We spend about $20k-$25k plus about 100k of miles and points per year. Family of 4. Income is $500k.
We spend ~$35k - $40k a year. Family of four. Immigrants, so (pre covid) that would include a trip home (Europe).

We make a little less than half of y'all. I personally couldn't stomach spending more than 10k so that tracks pretty well I'd say
$10-$15k a year. Use points/miles when we can. Family of two. Income is $500k.

Don't suppose anyone who makes under half a million is going to weigh in? 🥴
Gotta say very surprised by the amount people spend. HHI about 350-400k and prior to COVID and kids we would go on one international trip very couple of years for around 12-15k. Domestically we would probably spend about 2k a year.
With kids it will be fewer trips but likely more expensive but the 30-40 per year seems very high to me.
