2022 Commission Plan

Looking to see what everyone’s thoughts are on my updated commission plan for 2022.

Background: Just promoted to AE from BDR. Less than 2 years experience. Selling a Fintech SaaS solution.

Quota Attainment ; Commission Rate

0-100% ; 15.87%
100.01% - 125% ; 21.43%
125.01% - 150% ; 22.22%
>150% ; 23.81%

I was a loyal Amex SPG cardholder that migrated to Amex Bonvoy ($450 annual fee - which is really $150 after the $300 Marriott spend credit) ... we charge all personal expenses to this card (over $75K/yr). I feel that Bonvoy Platinum Elite status and a free night per year are nice, but are there better cards that have better rewards? Our other card is Costco Visa (for Costco purchases or for places that don’t accept Amex).

I’ve finished all the interviews with both company A and B. I have received an offer from company B. So I asked company A to speed up the process because my offer from company B will expire in few days.

However, company A still hasn’t got back to me with an offer in writing after two days.
