London terrace gardens, pre-war building charm if you’re into that vibe

I live at 777 6th avenue, love it here. It’s an equity residential property.

Love this building! Exactly the kind of thing I was looking for

4500 is so god damn expensive, aren’t high rises still offering 1-2mo off?

Price cap $4500? If so, there are sooooo many options for you (DIY looking on Zillow, Apartments, etc. walk around take notes of building names, etc.). It honestly might be better if you find a realtor to help you narrow down and tour based off of your particular requirements for amenities/vibe/etc..

Check out the Archstone in Chelsea their buildings are always nice

I am newly in a wheelchair and am unable to find clear information on the ADA website about what my job is required to do. I’ve talked with my Union Rep and they are checking. I’m requesting to be on a 504 plan, but I have no idea if they are required to add handicapped entrances or not. I know I have to scan my badge to use the button, but trying to scan my badge, open the door, and not drop anything seems a bit unattainable to me at the moment. Anyone have some insight or dealt with this?

Are any other teachers told to be at work before you start getting paid? We don’t get paid until 7:45. Every week we are told to be there earlier and earlier. It is now to 7:10 and staying until 4pm. We stop getting paid at 3:15. Does anyone else have this problem ?

I'm one of 3 learning strategists at my school. However, I'm the MAIN strategist that cover for absent teachers. I just finished taking over a grade until it was filled with a new teacher. Admin works closely with the other 2. I'm not included in any school data/presentation to help the new teachers on staff. I believe the other strategists are working against me. They are assigned classes when I'm not available. The union says it's at the principal's discretion. What would you do?
