Looking for a desk that can easily accommodate three monitors (2 for work and 1 personnel).. any suggestions? Would also love a sit/stand desk but don’t want to spend a ton of money at the moment. Plan to invest in a nicer desk after buying a house. I’m so indecisive on what I need i need now vs. later when i have a bigger home office

I mounted a monitor and my laptop on an arm. It frees up a lot of desk space. Could definitely find an arm to hold 2 monitors.

Do any of you use either a Uplift V2 or VARI standing desk? I need a new desk and was considering one of these. I’m thinking either the Whiteboard Desk from Uplift or the Reclaimed “Wood” from VARI. Anyone with experience w/ either company and their products?

This week I started a listen through my entire record collection from front to back. I’ll be doing this on workdays when I am in my home office. Did it a few years ago. Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Can't help but feel like I'm in a rut. I'm 23 and realized I still haven't accomplished goals that I set when I was 20. I waste copious amounts of time on Netflix. I keep losing weight only to gain it back. I bought a standing desk and am still sitting on my bed to work. I told myself I'm going to accomplish XYZ certification exams over a year ago and started studying 3 or 4 times only to quit studying 3 days in. How do I stop being such a loser. I feel pathetic

Bought an Uplift standing desk that arrived Friday. Something is giving an error so it will not raise out of the bottom 22 inch height. Called them and was told it has to go to warrenty team who doesn't work weekends and takes 2-3 days to review the case.

TLDR : I bought a thousand dollar oversized coffee table......

I have a desk job where I’ll legit sit for 9hrs each day. I used to have hobbies on the computer, like video editing, writing code for side projects, sketching out app ideas. Lately I can’t stand to be at my desk anymore after work. Been watching too much tv instead. More so seems like it’s due to being in the same location for so many hrs each day. Interested in hearing thoughts about separating work desk from personal desk, and other hobbies you picked up to get away from the screen

Hi y’all,
I shared an intermediate workout program (Back/Legs/Arms&Shoulders/Leg/Chest split) with a few friends the other day and figured I could also share it with others if interested.

It’s a program I follow outside of my 12-16 training block preps, and if anyone wants, I can share it with them. It’s for strength training.

Also happy to explain what any of the exercises are if someone wants the workouts and doesn’t know the benefit or how to do them.

Feel free to DM me about it

Cheers

I'm going on 27 and have never been in a serious long-term relationship. The longest relationship I've had was a 3 month long-distance one that ended with them cheating on me, and that relationship was nearly 9 years ago and I haven't dated since. Is it wrong to feel so incredibly insecure about this that I'm terrified of even trying to date given how inexperienced I am? I'm embarrassed to even be typing this and I absolutely hate it, but I'm also so lonely it hurts.
