Looking for a District Manager in Sales, I’ve been working for T-Mobile for quite sometime. The career path is always changing pushing the district manager position farther and farther away even though I have the skill set and have held down my district multiple times. Anyone looking for new talent to add on to their company roster!?

Get into tech sales. If you're interested in working remotely you can get good companies with high compensation at the convenience of working in your own home. Even starting positions in SaaS sales are nearing 100k/year, with senior individual contributor roles often around 150k OTE. It's worth the pivot and taking a step back if you're interested in tech. With leadership experience you could find yourself in a management role in a few years.

If you're interested, check out aspireship. They do great things for folks looking for a pivot.

The job market is crazy right now. You should look at job postings on LinkedIn and just start applying to anything that catches your eye. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that will help you take the next steps in your career.

I have been, I’ve been on LinkedIn daily. When I apply and leave a cover letter I also let them know I’m open to relocating and I’ve been getting denied an interview left and right. Multiple people don’t even give a chance because where I’m located even with me stating me being open to relocate.

Hello everyone. I interviewed at Google last month and was rejected after the 2nd interview (non-tech role). I will definitely apply again after 6-12 months but since I didn’t make it to the on-site round, how likely are the chances that Google will reach out to me again in the near future?

I will also appreciate referrals at FAANG companies (non-tech business roles). My most recent role has been of an Executive (early professional stage). Thank you :)

I am a high performer, but not sure I’m valued much at all . I want to reach the top and become partner in my career ; this is why I went to work for a small firm. Do any carriers in Europe pay salaries equal to their American counterparts? I’ve found that the salary for my role is pretty much halved across the Atlantic.

I know that my company, Chubb, does and from time to time they have rotational programs where not only do you maintain your US salary but you also get COLA and a housing allowance, unfortunately nothing right now nor permanent.

Another option would be insurance companies that pay your American salary while working abroad.

Any leads?

I have an MHA and 4 years of management experience. I’m currently a manager, but seeking a director level position. Any advice for trying to temper my expectations? I feel like all director level positions have 5 years in the posting, but a lot of my peers with the same experience are already in director level positions. Are they just lucky? Am I jumping the gun? Do I just need to stick it out?

I’m a SPED Resource/Inclusion Teacher which I really love. I really like working with the Gen Ed teachers maybe because my background is Gen Ed.
