I'm currently at Deloitte, been here for 2 years. And I go back and forth with whether or not I like it here. I like the firm as a whole but I joined a couple weeks before the pandemic, fell through the cracks a lot, had mediocre coaches and managers and am severely underpaid. But now reading it's not much better at Accenture. Is the grass greener?

I’ve got an offer to join a startup I really like (currently less than 50 fte). Proved product market fit, soon to expand internationally. Will join in senior product manager role, with view to become head of product in a year. Pay is 40-50k per annum lower. Also got an offer from MBB top tier consulting firm, pay is nearly double first year (including a sign-on bonus).
