PSA: background checks for Amazon are taking in excess of 5 weeks. My friend accepted a position with Amazon 5 weeks ago and gave her 2 week notice right away. She’s now on 3 weeks without pay. What are the best reasons to go full-time after freelancing? I started freelancing a month ago after I was laid off thinking it would just be temporary but I’m really enjoying it so far. My stress levels are lower and the money is better. I have a few full time opportunities in the mix and I’m trying to gauge if I should go back to full-time or stick with freelance.
