I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?

Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. This is a contract opportunity through a non profit so I'm assuming a 1099 will be issued. The per hour rate is significantly less than my billable rate. I would (obviously) like the money but my real objective is just getting experience/networking since I recently moved to a new state and don't have clients of my own.

Is there a way to color a cell based on the color of another cell? I have Sheet one with green, yellow, red used to denote progression status on 20 tasks, which constantly changes based on client input. Sheet 2 is a summary dashboard of each of those 20 tasks. If sheet1 C3 is green, how can I get the respective sheet 2 dashboard cell to also turn green?

How difficult is it to break into VC from a PM role at a Tier 2 tech company like LinkedIn, vs the MBB or Big Tech path? What’s the typical MBB exit these days after 2 years at the Associate/Project Lead equivalent levels?

I am a UX designer and have spoken with a potential client who intially wanted to redesign the navigation and landing page of their site. They showed me analytics saying only .35% of users open the main menu (most access different pages through Google search and then leave the site) so it's not worth the time to redesign. I see a lot of growth potential here, but they don't see the value in good nav if users don't already use it. How do I show them the value of good nav? Should I just let it go?

I gave two interviews and both of the interviewers hinted on me to drop YouTube before joining the corporate job- they told me you will not able to do justice to the channel if you take up the job.

How do you fellow writers deal with a domineering creative partner? I’m in a weird position, working with an AD who tends to shoot down my ideas, and aggressively pushes “his” in client meetings. In all my previous partnerships, all ideas were considered “ours”. Adding to the imbalance, this person is actually an ACD, and the CD is out on leave. Usually CD would reign this person in. So at the moment, this partner actually does have all the power in the formal sense. Is there anything I can do?
