I realized most of my anxiety or depression stems from a lack of career fulfillment. I recently started a new position and things were going great till they restructured my group and laid off a few on my team.

But no benefits and since it’s project and hourly based it’s feast or famine. It’s Friday night at midnight and I just got out of work. I am new to FPP defense. So far it’s soul crushing. I feel like a robot just doing the same pattern pleadings and discovery over and over. If I try to be creative or ask questions I get the response that I should not recreate the wheel… basically just cut and paste. My brain feels like it’s going to rot doing this work. Does it get better or do I need to plan my exit to a different field ASAP?

Hi! I’m an hr coordinator on a contract. They want to extend my contract, but I was hoping for a perm role, which was supposed to happen. But business changed and that’s not going to happen now. I really need a perm role for benefits, job security, etc. Would you stay with the hopes of a perm role within the next year? I really like this company, just not sure I should hold out, especially since I’ve been going above and beyond my job description. What would you do?

Hi everyone! I'll take any tips and advice on how to get a job as a Project Manager/Product Manager without experience. I have a BBA in Marketing and Management and 8 years of experience in hearing aid sales, where I've gained nothing useful enough to transition to another field (at least I don't think so). Are these certificate courses in Product/Project Management any good? Are there jobs out there where I can get started? So far, the jobs I've seen online require a lot of experience.
