Looking for a new apartment. For rent, what percentage of my salary should I be aiming to stay under?

I have an initial phone interview with Amazon for a Sr Brand Planner. Glassdoor does not have too much info on those titles. Would anyone have an idea as to what range? I have never worked in tech, and while I believe the salary could be at $175k, I don’t want to leave any money on the table. Thank you!
