As a recruiter, one of my OKRs this next quarter is to reduce the interview loop time (from applying to extending offer) to 2-3 weeks. Currently it takes a candidate 6-8 weeks to go through the entire cycle. What is some advice you all have as recruiters in order to reduce this time?

The CPE courses that i pursued on june 30 got credited to next fiscal year

I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year

Please advice what to do. I have emailed them. But there is no phone number to seek help

I had 3 interviews with EY - PAS Workforce Advisory on Tuesday about 2 hrs in between each interview. Each interviewer decided to give me their email address before ending; should I take this as a good sign that an offer may possibly be extended?
