My manager constantly cuts people off. I’ve started using the same rules for her and cutting her off when she’s rambling. I think I need a long vacation or something. It’s getting a lot more difficult for me to honor these useless titles. If I interacted with her in any other environment I would not allow her to constantly cut me off. I am a skilled nursing facility biller and collector for Medicare & Insurance, my job can absolutely be remote but the company I work for refuses to allow employees to work remotely. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and am looking elsewhere to find the same position but remote so I can move out of state. Noticing that other companies don’t pay billers well, making me feel stuck. This job is a lot harder than people realize and feeling like I already don’t get paid enough. Any advice?

My industry firm made some changes to it two years ago, but I believe the current non-executive pension is based on .01 x your High-3 x years of employment with a 5 year vesting schedule and a MRA of 55.

Can't help but feel like I'm in a rut. I'm 23 and realized I still haven't accomplished goals that I set when I was 20. I waste copious amounts of time on Netflix. I keep losing weight only to gain it back. I bought a standing desk and am still sitting on my bed to work. I told myself I'm going to accomplish XYZ certification exams over a year ago and started studying 3 or 4 times only to quit studying 3 days in. How do I stop being such a loser. I feel pathetic
