Hello, I just graduated with an M.S in Analytics. I have one year EXP prior to my masters. Tech stack : Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python. Good at training product teams and sales teams and external clients and C-suite, so I have good mix of tech skills and soft skills. Does anyone have any thing, seriously anything to help me? I have two brother that I need to put through college and right now parents are penniless, dad paralyzed, living on charity from relatives.

Haven’t been in a quota carrying role in 5 years and am looking to switch back into sales or sales engineering. Been in consulting and product management the last few years. Biggest hurdle will be demonstrating my ability to hit quota. Any advice for jumping this hurdle??

I'm currently in healthcare sales and I was interested in AE roles because the pay seems good however every entry AE role I've applied at the base is low...like 30-50k low..is that the going rate for entry AE? The OTE isn't that high either, the last AE job I interviewed for had a 50k OTE..and that's not enough for me in this economy...I have a four year degree and 2 years of sales experience..the pay just seems..really low. Inflation costs are killing my pipeline. Many of my deals are scaling back greatly because of their rising operating costs.

How do we overcome the inflation objection? I mean obviously the answer is to show how much value we offer, but how do we do that when all of the companies we work with barely have enough funding?

They need our services, which is at least some job security, but their scale back is greatly affecting our projections and quota attainment.
