I’m currently an associate with an asian asset management company. I previously have been in pr agencies where work is fast paced and as an intern, i understood the intensity needed to work and consider myself as someone who is really willing to work hard long hours and deal with pressure. This role is something Ive wanted as in to break into the finance world. They described the company to be a fast paced one as they deal with multiple launches but i am finding it slow. Any tips?

I am getting offered in the 75-80K range for an AVP audit role with Citi, C12. Travel role- up to 75%. 6 yoe in the industry.
I was being offered another C12 role a few months back that was in another business line, but 10K more a year. Same market- Kansas City. Worked for Citi before. This wouldn’t really be much of a pay bump for me unless the bonus potential is there as well.


Should I be negotiating that up a bit more? Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Our company of 110 EEs has separate providers for payroll and HRIS, not happy with either products. I’m gathering data to make a pitch to move everything into an all-in-one HRIS + payroll.

I am joining Citi next week and the team I’m assigned I heard has very hectic schedule and strict 3 days wfo and today I got a selection email from another company who are offering permanent WFH , due to certain internal approvals , the offer could be shared only next Wednesday, As I’m more inclined towards the latter.
