Anybody have experience with in-house legal counsel roles at Handshake (LinkedIn competitor)? Specifically, employment counsel? I’m not applying currently, but eyeing the role to apply when it (hopefully) becomes available again, and I have at least another year of experience (in BL now, 4th year, in employment, benefits & comp).

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Does anyone knows a company that is hiring. I've worked with health insurance for over 20 years. I am stagnated on my current job. The salary I am looking for is $48,000 or more. I live in greenville, sc

Anyone here ever deal with litigation involving the appointment of a receivership for a corporation? Hi guys. Quite tensed regarding the tax that I would need to pay for my salary. So I have posted my offered compensation by IBM .
So my taxable income is: 16,50,000(Income) - Standard Deduction(50,000) - 80C Deductions(1,50,000) - Interest on Edu Loan(48,500) - Professional tax(2400)
= 13,99,100.
So anyone who is familiar with this tax deduction, can u plz tell me how much tax I would need to pay per month?
Any valuable input would be of immense help.
