Thoughts on two separate desks facing each other, on separate walls, along a single wall? I have worked with really amazing recruiters in the past but lately I am coming across a few below average recruiters...even from really reputable/large legal recruiting companies.

Is this happening because there are so many attorneys out there that the recruiters don't have to cultivate relationships and be professional?
