Open to suggestion: I spent two years in consulting and now two years in tech, working on supply chain projects and procurement as global supply manager. It‘a been a great learning experience but I don’t find passion in it—the mindset for this line of work has always been “getting it done”. I don’t know what exactly I wanna do, but I’d be interested in an environment that’s more creative, interactive, and mission-driven. I truly appreciate what I have now, but do ask what options I can look into

I always get stuck on an external job application thats asks for the name and contact of your direct supervisor. Do companies really need this? What if they don't give you the job and you get to face your manager again.
