Anyone know any smaller / regional firms that are moving their FDD practices to 100% remote? I have no problem traveling for client/target meetings obviously, but hate the idea of being tied to a city and having to ask permission to move. Does anyone have any experience with MNTN’s CTV solution? It seems like it’s got a lot of what’s needed in the CTV space, but I worry about if it can scale all that well, as well as the next 12-18 months of viability as privacy lockdown takes hold. Their system appears like it could be on pretty shaky ground without ad identifiers that are disappearing.

Solo designer in a consulting firm of around 50ppl . My +1 is a head of departement that is not linked to design. He’s gathering briefing, discussing money and planning then throw at me work to do « asap ». Results is often quickly pushed, and poor quality of work. On top of that my knowledges and skills are doubted? Is this usual in consulting firm ? How should I deal with that ?

People who have interviewed with google in the past but did not get an offer. Did google recruiters ever reach out to you afterwards? I’m in a situation where I already accepted an offer from another company and google came back saying I passed to the last interview round. Even though google is my dream/end goal job, I decided to walk away from the opportunity.
