Not an answer to your question exactly.. but Kayla itsines just launched a pregnancy specific program and I have really liked her other programs in the past, in case this is something that interests you!

I LOVE DLDNation and used them pre pregnancy and during (baby isn’t here yet 😬) but I can’t speak highly enough of them. Its a virtual coaching program but there are tons of certified pre/post natal coaches and lots of them are moms themselves. I joined an app called Kickoff. There are personal trainers you can choose from based on experience and specialization to program and send you workouts as frequently as you like. I like it pretty well and the workouts my trainer sends are challenging and fun.
My physical therapist and OB separately recommended GetMomStrong to strengthen my pelvic floor after kids. They have a pregnancy program that I have not personally done.
