Our district has paid for Study Island this year which so far seems to be very well equipped for differentiating. You can assign specific skills and lessons/practice/quiz to specific students within each level you look for. I've also used IXL for pushing students further and to practice old skills as well as Seesaw. Good luck!

If you are referring to software—- our district uses I Ready which teaches and assesses students’ skills in phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary and comprehension. Once the student ability is known the program generates lessons to practice skills and continue to challenge the student. If student continues to fail the online instruction— then the teacher is equipped with exactly what is needed to bring student to mastery. Hope this helps.

I love the GATE icons. Using the strategies they represent really helps kids understand.

Currently in a rotational program at EY (first year out of undergrad). Got placed on a long term risk project and wondering if it’s worth it staying long term. Currently interviewing for the strategy team at a legacy payments company (think visa or Mastercard) and wondering if it’ll stifle growth doing internal consulting. Would definitely appreciate any insights on this as I’m not too sure who who talk to and ask. Thanks!
