Looking for advice in landing a SaaS sales position (currently in medical device sales).

The current work and work culture both are getting miserable in DUSI for me and I am desperately looking for a switch. If any of y’all can refer me in their organization it’d be really helpful.

I’m feeling guilty for feeling burnt out. I’m a second year in a quasi-lit role and my hours are not that bad (well below 2000), but I am exhausted by work and wracked with anxiety all the time. I feel terrible complaining because my peers bill so much more than me. I do incident response and my hours are unpredictable, so maybe that’s it, but I don’t know. Even when it’s slow I feel terrible. I worked for years before law school and didn’t feel this way. Is anyone else in the same boat?

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Do any of you have experience with structuring a technical challenge to where it's the same for each candidate? I've had it happen where our devs asked questions to each candidate based on their lived experience vs. a standard set of questions that revolve around what needs to be performed in a dev role.

Hi fishes i gave an infosys interview on 12 Nov 2022 for the role system engineer with 1.7 YOE and interview was easy answered confidetly. My CCTC: 8 LPA and ECTC : 10 LPA( INFOSYS) will Infosys pay ECTC for my 1.7 YOE.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.
