YouTube + driving range
I would recommend getting a lesson or a few to start, make sure you can get some good form down. Then go on your own to the driving range maybe play with some friends who don’t care as much about the rules and more about having fun. Then once you get the hang of that a bit more I would get another lesson to focus on the small things, and you’ll be good to go! Key to golf is to laugh at yourself. If you let yourself get mad it will be very unenjoyable
I’m recently doing this. Using a golf pro for lessons and then just practicing at driving range and top golf
Picked it up at the start of this summer with a friend of mine. Played last week and man I can't even begin to tell you how much better you get just from playing often. Go to a range go hit balls until.you hands bleed and then do it again
It's like anything - with more reps you will get better
Do you have GolfTec or something similar in your area? If you’re committed to it, their packages are good. Regular lessons, practice time, all with video to review your form and progress. It’s pricey and you only get your money’s worth if you have the time to spend every week, which is tough with our work life.
