I generally have a few lessons in which I can use Pixar shorts to teach students how to identify and discuss literary signposts, how to identify and explain the development of theme, character traits, and other narrative elements. What are some of your favorite shorts? What metrics do other firms use to measure performance of junior staff (for bonuses/promotion) -- client utilization, training completion, project performance, on time T&E reporting, etc.?

Well folks according to Bloomberg, AT Kearney and Strategy& put everyone to dust for median pay for all Companies. Mck and BCG were there. No Bain or other Big 4. Google and Facebook also very strong.

Hello! How does KPMG evaluate performance and deliver feedback on projects? Is this the main driving force behind promotions or is that based on utilization?

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Just a reminder that outside our bubble no-one really cares about firm prestige etc.
