If your willing to work with mice maybe an animal care tech? Stable with good benefits and typically they'll help you get certifications in academia or industry
I love rodents but personally cannot do anything to then even if it's just giving them medication with a needle 🤣 I'm too soft

There are a lot of other options out there that don’t require university. You could get a certificate and work in most gmp manufacturing as an associate
Medical certifications can go a long way. There’s a lot of job security in the medical field especially radiology types of work. Not exactly plants, animals, or nature but just a thought!
Try looking for jobs in manufacturing or as a lab tech. They should provide training on their processes.
jobs in ecology, horticulture, etc often need a bit of experience even for entry level jobs. If it is possible for you financially look at local volunteering opportunities. My daughter started volunteering at her local National Trust property and is now a gardener at a zoo and loves it.
Gardening at a zoo sounds like a fab job I bet she's having the time of her life 🤣 I wouldn't be able to volunteer but I may be able to get a part time job in a plant nursery or something along those lines?
