1. DCA: interview will be scheduled and depending on that package might get revised (not ready to tell percent).
2. BPS to c1 IT conversation with no hike.( Without hike which is of no use I Guess)

Got offer outside with 110 percent hike but they want me to join early.

So I just had a client tell me their asylum case is fabricated, and can't I help prepare the person for court. My initial reaction, fire the client. I'm not that kind of atty. As we get older no one really "scolds" us for doing something wrong (in my experience). Do you sometimes just wish they would (for example, parents), or that someone would call you out? It feels like your taking a test that never gets graded..if that makes sense..you kind of just have to guess what your score is. I'm no where near perfect and this is probably a "be careful what you wish for" scenario, but it would be nice if people just directly told you if you're doing something wrong?

You hire 10 copywriters and 10 junior artists from the Philippines and create a small agency right.

Then you rent a space for them to all work in, yea? Like a dorm. Nice beds and like a beer allowance. And your productive output is quite high man. Like you can take on at least 5 projects per copywriter. That's 50 projects x $150/hr/project.

Then by the end of the year, you've got a team of at the very least 30. And your productive output has increased quite a bit.
