Garmin watch. Not quite what you asked for but will do exactly what you want, with either wrist based or chest based measure.

My SO switched from Apple to Garmin because Apple just isn’t made to excel in the fitness space. It just depends on your priorities and how important it is to you.

I tried Apple for a week and switched back to Garmin. I use the Forerunner 935 (I’m a triathlete) for fitness things and a nicer watch that does nothing but tell time for work things (as I don’t need the constant buzzing of emails on my wrist anyway)

Hi! I would like to get rid of 8 pounds this month. I have been in a cal deficit and cycling almost everyday for the past three weeks. I think I’m about 3-5 pounds down already.

My TDEE based on some internet calculators is about 1,300-1,400 Cals a day. Is it possible to loose 2 pounds a week with such a low tdee? How would I do it? Any advice is helpful! Ty!

I feel like I only have about an hour of productive time a day. Wake up feeling good and after an hour of working I feel like all my energy has been zapped out of me. I literally look at my screens and can’t focus at all. Thinking I’m severely burnt out. Any advice? I have about 6 weeks left before busy season is done. Have never felt this way before and if I take a day off I’m back to being mostly normal after half a day, but upon returning to work it doesn’t take long to go back to this.

Does anyone see a Naturopathic doctor and if so, what are your thoughts?

My main exercise for the last year has been walking my dog for 2-3 miles in the morning. We recently got a peloton so I’ve been doing a peloton ride most evenings and doing weight training three times a week. I have started to see random bruises on my legs and am wondering if this is due to suddenly putting more strain on my body? I’m pale and bruise very easily, but I’m kinda freaked out. Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this.

I am debating going to therapy for some anxiety issues I have but I truly feel like I understand why I feel the way I do and I manage to cope with it well enough. I wish I could stop the anxiety completely but I am not sure a therapist could do that. I just fear I would be throwing a lot of money at some thing just to be told what I already know possibly. Has anybody been in a similar position and found therapy worth it?

I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm). Now, I'm trying to focus on better eating. I struggle with sweets - If it's around me, I need it all lol and Uber eats is a weakness bc of all the dessert places! My meals are relatively balanced so not a major issue...

I've heard of intuitive eating but sounds a bit fluffy (lol) - other tips? What has worked for you? Help!!
