What setting is a PTA making 110k???

like

Maybe travel therapy?? I could see it *maybe*...

60-110k based on YOE and organization.

That is both enlightening and infuriating. Thank you!

I would ask for no less than 75k. Maybe a little more because the cost of living is higher in NY.

$75-$80k. With your experience you can negotiate for more.

I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. Thanks for any insights.

I am a sales rep and have worked extremely hard to build a large book of business. Every year upper management seems to find a way to cut commissions and make my hard work, worth less. Is this common? It’s pretty draining to work harder and get paid less year over year even though you’re typically getting more business. I don’t feel valued. Do more for less? Any other great sales companies/ industries that people are happy with and compensated accordingly? Preferably uncapped commissions

What is your simplest benchmark for success? That one thing that if nothing else seems to be going right, if you have or can achieve it, you'll consider yourself successful?
Example: for me it is cows milk in the fridge for my kids. I grew up on powdered milk, I hate powdered milk. I don't care about the cars, size of house, clothes, etc. So long as I have milk in the fridge, I'll have what I need.

I decided to get a new Realtor 2 on the side to see if he can get me the house Realtor 1 showed me. Realtor 2 gets me submit an offer. Now Realtor 1 calls me to put in offer on same house.
