Feeling low, Usually I will compare career with colleagues, friends and neighbors and fight with them to be in better position (a friendly competition).
I have 5 yoe and earning 16 LPA, studied in 3rd grade college college, and just switched only one company. Recently my nephew got job with 20LPA he is IIIT passes out. Now relatives families and other ppl comparing with him.

Freelance Copywriters: Do you charge by the word, hr, project or do you use a day rate? I stay away from per word projects. I typically charge clients by project, but agencies usually ask me for an hourly rate. Lately, I have been wondering if I should use a day rate for projects though. For example, my last client needed a quick turnaround time for multiple campaign deliverables. They had me booked solid and busy for 2 weeks. Do you use a day rate? How is it structured? When do you use it?

I started a great job because my now AD wanted a partner. He found me through an award platform and I was hired immediately. But after working together, I realise we are too different. Is this common?
