6 YOE currently an on prem sys admin role at 89k, maintaining and monitoring systems nothing much very new or big change

new offer at 115k some on prem systems but main job function will be in scope of cloud and cloud migration

Offer given on basis of me learning and growing into a cloud architect kind of role, with my previous network/sys admin exp
Any help on getting a bump from the 115k? what is market looking like?
