The insurance company I work for outsourced a huge majority of my work to a third party, ontellus 🤮. I am not longer able to bill for NPNP, SDT and CNOS. I received 5 separate NPNPs from ontellus that either had the incorrect case style, signature block or date. I also sent out an email today after the 5th incorrect NPNP that started with “I am honestly starting to feel like I am on the show Punk’d and waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop into my office” continued in comments..

Got offers from Nagarro 22.5lpa fixed, EY GDS 20.5 fixed + 10% variable and Cognizant 20.5 fixed. Having 6.5yrs of experience working in the business marketing domain and not into technical.

Cognizant and Nagarro are giving me hometown location where as Gurgaon for EY. Considering the recent layoffs, please share your views which one to join?

1. Accenture - Level 8 - Associate Manager - JB 2.5L
2. EY - Level 32 - Manager 1 - JB 1L

Fixed is almost same however Accenture is giving more variable.

Profile - Tech Risk, GRC . YOE - 9.2.

Also help with the bracket salary if anyone knows of the levels.

I recently found out that a PT aide was making the same amount as me. Later, I found out the other aide who had been there very few months was also making the same (if not very close) to me after a recent $1 increase (due to my discovery). Both of these aides are men. The level of responsibility that falls on them verses what I am responsible for is truly laughable. I have seen jobs advertised for lead administrator coordinators for 24-26 an hour(with less responsibilities). Anyone else?

Anyone regret going into data and analytics? Sometimes I feel like I'm too dumb for it. I don't have a statistics background to really take things to the next level, and my colleagues don't have the hours to help me. My technical skills are OK, but nothing to shout at, especially when I don't really have the interest to learn.
