I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

Air India is better compared to AA and US
I flew American Airlines NYC to Delhi twice and it has been a great experience. I would highly recommend American Airlines
Air India has improved a lot after privatization. I flew Air India recently on domestic routes and service was lot better. I have also flown Air India non-stop flight between delhi and NYC and definitely my experience was good. So I’ll stick with Air India for parents.
Rising Star
Do any Middle Eastern airline far better in quality and experience overall
United is good. AA is questionable even domestically. No lines that early at EWR when United lands so less time at immigration too. Air India for parents makes sense the most - if language is a barrier, AI gets a 1 up
Anything but Air India.
Go for Emirates, Qatar, or Etihad.

OP specifically asked for direct flight for parents so I guess its not ok .

they are better at least facilities wise but more expensive & may be unfriendly due to cultural gap especially for elderly first time travellers . no frequent flyer flies air India
United business is much better than air india
Rephrase: Business class of UA is much better than AI business

AA has my vote

My friend traveled from USA to india via American and there was a major delay due to issues with the toilets .. her flight ended up being 32-35 hours instead of average 24ish .. and this was in March
Never American Airlines. Thought things were better on this route.

I wouldn’t fly those options even if you paid me
There is constant delays, shortages of food on the flight, and really bad service in general
Air India some years ago had a bed bug infestation on their EWR-BOM flight: https://www.google.com/search?q=air+india+bed+bugs&rlz=1CDGOYI_enUS798US798&oq=air+india+bed+bugs&aqs=chrome..69i57.6949j0j7&hl=en-US&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8

Good call Op. My mom and mother in law had traveled from Del to Nyc with united multiple times and no issues so far.
Anything is better than Air India
United any day better than Air India. Can’t say about AA.
Air India…
Second one United - premium economy considerable …
don’t fly United economy or be ready to eat Parle G for snack in United …United doesn’t spend more than $5-$6 for all meals on economy.. 😉.. they can serve chicken pasta with aachar/pickle
AA - never flew direct to India..
Other non direct option - Emirates, Qatar, Lufthansa, Ethiad in that order
For parents air India is better given the cultural links. Even I fly air India and had no issues
Bro!! When the toilet is not working, what cultural links are you talking about? You can’t leave the plane to do 💩
United is great, I have flown them multiple times..
