Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.

Feeling confused-6 months ago, I was asked to help out with one of the HRBP teams b/c they were short staffed. Resulting in me working as an HR analyst(original role) and an HRBP. My manager recently informed me that the HRBP team wants me join their team permanently and asked if I would be interested in this mobility move.
