I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Thanks. I haven’t done either but imagine I’d do well in either position - My question was more related to strategy around getting into product work (i.e. is it better to work on an internal product as a PM or as a TPM on customer facing product).
Being an actual Product Manager is better than any other option. The role may be internal but the skillsets needes to execute are largely the same and having direct Product Management experience is very important if you want a career as a Product Manager. I'd take the internal Product Manager role.
If it's a true program manager in 2, go with 1. Better career and skillset, especially if you would be new to both.
I agree - I think option 2 seems pretty good!
