So I had a call with a with a recruiter two weeks ago and she asked for my salary range and I told her $120k-$150k she said she would submit me me at $140-$150 well the role was put on hold due to an acquisition. She has referred me for another role and we had the preliminary discussion but salary wasn’t mentioned should I assume that it’s the same salary range or should I inquire and is so how should I frame my inquiry?

What is the salary range for a Director position with Guidehouse? Is location a factor? Bonus structure and percentage? Similar level of comparison to other firms (e.g. director —-> VP at xyz firm).

Facebook wants me to interview for a much lower title than what I currently have at Google. "Without 5 years of experience, your chances are slim for this position" is what they said when I applied. Do they really think that is supposed to entice anyone?

Anyone ever taken muscle relaxers? I suffer from some types of chronic pain and restless legs and the the most effective things I have been prescribed were some strong forms of anti depressants. Only issue it the side effects were brutal. I want to maybe look into muscle relaxers but I don’t know much about them and if they too can have intense side effects.

My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!"
