I’m considering an AGC position at a small but growing startup. The company is based in NY but everyone is working remotely. I would be 1 of 2 attorneys. Any thoughts on what I might expect as a comp offer and what’s fair? I’ve been in-house in a Director level position for 2 years, and I have 7 total years of experience as an attorney, mostly doing litigation prior to moving in-house. I’m hoping for a decent salary boost but not sure what’s reasonable for small startups (approx. 100 employees).

Hi, I recently got offer for retail banking IA function in JP morgan. This is my first move from public accounting and was wondering if IA is the way to go. Anyone working in similar role how are you finding it? What sort of career opportunity can IA offer?

I joined Amazon few months in TRMS department based on a 1 year contract. It's a non-tech role and my designation is Transaction risk investigator. I am currently also learning Data Analytics course from Google which will be roughly completed in another 6 months. Post that should I apply internally for tech roles based on my skills and the Google certificate or look out for other companies? And if I apply internally in Amazon, what's the success rate of getting a position as a Data Analyst?

I gave a salary range to a couple recruiters for digital consulting positions and am not sure if it was relatively close to market value or not. Would you think this (admittedly wide) range is high, low, or reasonable? Any advice is appreciated!

- Consultant 1 positions requiring 3-5 years experience
- My range: $100k-$120k base
