Need some tips, advice, suggestions: I am interviewing for a sales mgmt role (to backfill my boss who left), and have been in B2B sales as an individual contributor for 13 years. I recently started approving his hours and just found out he’s getting paid $65/hr grossly, while I make $35/hr. Is this normal for contractor to make more than FTE?? S&P Global has yet to release offer letter and BGC will take atleast 20 days. Is it fine to loose informatica offer.
