- 6 yoe client services/account marketing at ad agency (moved twice, got promoted at both companies)
- F28 yoe Asian American (citizen)
- 3.0 ug gpa from Berkeley
- GMAT aiming 720-750 (based on practice test)
- EC circulated on rock band and college tv station but not much (would appreciate any tip on this too)
- hoping to advance into brand/product marketing

I got new offer with 90% hike. Current company trying to retain me with 70% hike. Should I accept offer from current company?

Live in a smallish southern city and my roommate is going to be leaving town before the lease is up. Rather than her getting subleasers, I’m going to take the rent over for the last two months.

I’d like to stay in the same apartment complex but can’t sustainably pay (about) the same amount long term. How much do we think I could try to negotiate rent down? Rent right now would be between $1200-1300 monthly. Start them at $900 and see how it goes? Or lower/higher?
