If part-time remote is what you're looking for, my cousin has been having a good bit of success finding medical writing / reviewing jobs on Upwork. They don't all require a masters, just someone familiar enough with the healthcare system to write articles about it or review written articles for accuracy.
I did remote Case Managenent from home for 5 years. They only required you to be a nurse. I only had an Associate degree in nursing. I got my MSN while working there but it was not a requirement. The pay was better than staff nurse pay pre Covid and they had great benefits. I left that job because I was tired of being home all the time bu myself after my kids grew up and moved out
A lot of remote work and employment will want you to have a master's degree, but I encourage you to still apply anyway. But you can transition to an informatics specialist position with at least a bachelor's, at can negotiate for a remote position as well.
