I work in healthcare management, and I have two offers from different companies. Company A is offering 95k with a 10k signup bonus and 10k retention bonus after 12 mo. Company B is offering 130k with no immediate bonus. I’m more inclined towards company A, but I’d love to hear recommendations on how to get company A to bump their offer to match company B.
I was thinking something along the lines of asking them a salary of 109k with 10k signup bonus and 10k retention bonus.
