Hi ladies! I had a call to find out my raise + bonus for this upcoming year and it went well except for the constructive feedback from an old project. I have improved so much since then but my RL brought up old feedback and was very political about it. It opened up old wounds since I made sure on the next project to address those exact points which I did. It made me feel like I made 0 progress since then. Joined USI as an Analyst and I feel really depressed. My seniors are hell bent upon making it all the more difficult. I used to love my job once upon a time but nowadays I just dread the Monday morning and even more so the stand-up calls. I don't understand why people in TCS are so scared of their managers. Just for sake of ratings and pay band people have made this organisation morally corrupt. I have been working since 2 years in TCS took transfer within 1 month of joining. How did you know when to stop and when it was worth it to keep going? I've been working for 4 years and I still can't tell if my drive and goal chasing is based on something that will truly make me happy, or if I've been brainwashed to just chase "better".
