Looking for negotiation advice.

Received an offer with 150k base and 25k bonus. Had a negotiation call where I requested a 10-15% base bump for merit/BATNA reasons. They were receptive.

Follow up call they provided a 13% base increase + an unexpected 41% bonus decrease.

Is this common practice? Any thoughts on countering this? Any specific language you would use?

I realize I never accounted for this scenario and that's on me! Hoping for advice on how best to move forward.

What will be Avg CTC for 6 YOE in Manual Testing

6 years at a start up and the first to break through Mm and now Ent accounts. I broke the comp plan. I was paid a lower commission rate as the first rep hitting high numbers. The guys behind me they adjusted commission rates and spiffed them to equal and in some cases surpass my pay. My revenue as the top rep is a full third higher than the number 2 rep. To save their asses they promoted me and gave me a small base bump but kept my commissions % low so that my high number was my new at plan.

AMDs out there, what’s your current salary? I’m going into my review asking for a raise and looking for a baseline. Share if you’re willing!

I stated my desired income on the very first call and this response was "keep in mind the sign on bonus".
To me that meant the will not meet my requirement.
I did get a job offer from them.... 8K less than what I asked for.

I cleared technical rounds for NTT data. In managerial round HR asked me whether I'm ok with signing a bond that I will join the company and not any other company and if i fail to do so 5% of offered CTC will be withdrawn directly from my bank account. Are companies allowed to do that ?
