I have received the OL from Boeing (DOJ not given). HR said there is a BGV & medical check only after that they'll proceed further. Its been 2 weeks now but i haven't got any update from them or any request to submit my documents. I have tried to contact HR but no response.

I have only given them my passport & current company's payslip at the time of salary nego.
Is it enough to do BGV with these documents. Any idea??

Hello all!

I’m a MSN, RN with 7 years of critical care nursing experience (ICU/PACU). Prior to becoming a nurse, I was a Medical Service Corps officer in the US Army for 8 years. I have my BSN/MSN and a non-nursing MA.
I’m interested in shifting gears to healthcare consulting. I’ve heard great things about Chartis and would love to hear more, specifically with regards to nurses making the jump. Can anyone offer insight or any other consulting firm they recommend?
Thank you in advance!

The burnout is real. I’ve been a nurse for almost 10 years. Two of the which were in sales. I am likely going back to medical sales. If you’re wondering how you can do that, your first step to leverage your clinical knowledge would be to look for “clinical sales specialist” or similar jobs. Device companies are always looking for nurses but keep in mind you will be traveling a fair amount to get experience and then move to a true sales position (if that’s what you want).

It kind of became our mantra as we navigate and move our life around that "baby takes," its made it feel more Us vs Change rather than Me vs Him. Thought I'd share

Can someone help me understand what’s going on? I’m entering the search for a primary residence in the Bay Area and every completed sale I review seems to be following some unwritten rule. Most of the houses are being listed for $900k-$1mil and then are selling for $1.4-1.5mil. At this point it just seems silly - why not just list closer to the price it’s going to end up at?? I understand they want interested parties to bid it up, but just seems crazy with sales going 150%.

I am in sales and interested in a move to a partner/channel AM role. My thought is this would still allow me to talk with people and “sell” in a sense without the stress of a quota. The main concern I have is pay. I assume smaller companies will pay more because you are creating your partner/channel strategy vs at larger companies like Salesforce and Cisco you are just maintaining the partner relationships.
