What medical services do you all get after you hit your max out of pocket? Want to take advantage of the free healthcare while I can

Any experience with incredibly high health insurance premiums, deductible, and family out of pocket max? I work for a small firm and am getting hosed even where firm pays for my portion of premiums. I will spend at least a third of my gross salary this year on health costs because my family will hit the family out of pocket max due to health issues this year. Because of ACA "family glitch" I don't qualify for subsidized coverage. Wife not eligible through her job. Not sure what to do. Help!

So I didn't know until my latest doctor's visit that doctors could prescribe antidepressants. I thought I would have to jump through all these loops with my insurance, speak with a psychiatrist, take time off work, etc. But now I'm on my 5th week of fluoxetine, and I can't describe how relieved I am to feel, consistently, like a normal person for the first time in my life. I got an offer from Deloitte USI as an Analyst. I am having 2.8 YOE and I will be joining the organisation on 13th of Dec.
HR said I will be eligible for the promotion next year (on aug 2022), is there any chance of me getting promoted to consultant?
Will I get default hike without promotion? If yes , how much hike would I get?

Current CTC : 4.67 LPA
Salary offered : 9.60 LPA (8.72 Fixed + 10% variable) + 2 lacs joining bonus + 1 lac retention bonus
