Hello All, I’m new to this platform. Just wanted to have an idea. I was interviewed for contracting position at cognizant and cleared all the rounds but I dint hear back anything from them. Will this mean that they ghosted or will I get the feedback ? It’s been more than 3 weeks. Anybody who has been in this situation where you waited for the feedback or moved on rather than waiting?

In india currently earning 28 lpa and got a job opportunity in jp morgan glasgow Uk(via referral) for 60000 pounds. But they are not providing any flight tickets or any initial accommodation. No relocation assistance at all.
Is it worth making the switch?

Can’t decide on a job offer. Currently employed and have been wanting to do something different. The other job offer is pretty much what I make now but I’d be losing on a lot of PTO. I kind of feel really confused about what to do. The hiring manager actually picked up on the fact that I don’t sound super excited for the job. But I feel like this is my chance to leave and do something different but I’m hung up on barely any PTO and swapping to a complete different industry.

Anyone regret going into data and analytics? Sometimes I feel like I'm too dumb for it. I don't have a statistics background to really take things to the next level, and my colleagues don't have the hours to help me. My technical skills are OK, but nothing to shout at, especially when I don't really have the interest to learn. I have an approved I140 for audit position and I transferred from audit to advisory within the firm. Now my PD just became current. the firm attorney think I am still able to submit 485 application due to similar job duties and same OES code. I noticed the SOC code did change between my two H1b filings. I asked the attorney but they don’t think it matters as similar job duties and SOC codes are linked. Should I worry about it? I still work in the same entity and location, but title was changed.

The interview process is so damn easy - A medium level Hackerrank test, interview with company CTO and then behavioural round with a McKinsey Director and offer extended.

I'm 3.8 years experienced Manual tester with the experience of API and DB basic testing. I'm not having much experience in automation but I am learning.
I got selected in a few companies and wish to have my package to 70-80k per month.
But HR doesn't provide me this hike as from the start my basic pay was low and because of it I still don't get much progress in it

How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
