I have been offered a senior consultant role with KPMG singapore. The company is sponsoring my wife and myself for relocation. The salary offered is 6.2k SGD net post tax. 6.5k before tax. Would you accept a job that offered ~50% hike over current salary? For context, I enjoy my current job and workplace - great culture, flexibility, work life balance albeit at a slower promotion path. I am very comfortable and have a good brand for myself. The new company is equally big and strong brand, but slightly less flexible (3 fixed days in office, no policy to work from outside the country for a few days etc). the role is similar function but in a different industry. Benefits are same.

He said he doesn't have any information on that and another team is taking care of that. Does it mean that I am not selected because ideally he should know the status. I accepted a job 4 weeks ago and found out I was pregnant the weekend I accepted. I’m 2 weeks into the role and just discovered that I only qualify for maternity leave after one year.
